Shows how many reports you can issue for this session. This number resets when you logout
If other players report you enough times then the game puts you into a certain bracket....
The command to use in order check this is :/restriction

Phase 1
You entered into the Phase 1 Restriction state because auto hunting reports have been received. The Phase 1 Restriction does not do any harm on your play.
But more reports will increase the level of restriction, which will affect your XP and item acquisition.
You can use the '/Restriction' command to see your restriction phase and the release time.
Phase 2
You entered into the Phase 2 Restriction state because auto hunting reports have accumulated. The Phase 2 Restriction lowers your XP, Kinah, and Abyss Point acquisition rates and gathering success rate.
If the restriction phase levels up with more reports, your play will be more limited.
You can use the '/Restriction' command to see your restriction phase and the release time.
Phase 3
You entered into the Phase 3 Restriction state due to the accumulation of auto hunting reports. While you are in the Phase 3 Restriction state, you cannot acquire any loot, and your EXP, Kinah, and Abyss Point acquisition rates and gathering success rate are lowered even further.
You are also banned from joining a group or Alliance. You will face even greater restrictions should the reports continue to accumulate and raise your Restriction Phase.
Phase 4
You entered into the Phase 4 Restriction state due to the accumulation of auto hunting reports. While you are in the Phase 4 Restriction state, you cannot acquire any loot, EXP, Kinah, or Abyss Points, and are unable to gather any items.
You are also banned from joining a Group or Alliance.
Phase Lowering
Your restriction phase has been lowered to X as you played fair for a certain period of time. Please continue to play fair in the future.
Returned to Normal
You are no longer Restricted as you played fair for a certain period of time. Please continue to play fair in the future.
Bon je suis pas super douée en anglais et je l'ai pas trouvé en français mais si j'ai bien compris, à partir d'un certain moment on gagne moins d'xp et nos chances de loot diminuent.
